Bushcraft Senses brings you Fireside Wellbeing Sessions: Step away from the noise and into a space where nature and gentle conversation help you reconnect with yourself. Whether you're joining a group or prefer one-to-one time, these sessions offer a relaxed blend of:
• Guided Feldenkrais breathwork and uplifting therapeutic tools
• Mindful making with natural materials
• A warm brew, welcoming company, and real conversation
• Shared laughter—because joy is healing too
Each session can be tailored to your needs—whether you're seeking quiet reflection, creative expression, or simply a safe space to unwind.
This is not counselling; it’s a holistic and creative, nature-based approach to wellbeing—no pressure, just space to breathe, reflect, and feel supported.
We keep things light, kind, and grounded—no doom and gloom, no politics, religion, or heavy news. Just space to breathe, chat, and feel human again.
