Monday Theatre Workshops
These workshops are focussed, challenging, and amazingly rewarding, particularly if you are just starting out, building on the skills you already have, or looking to meet new people. Explore a variety of theatre techniques, gain knowledge of the rehearsal process, and acquire a wide range of theatre skills, in our Safe Learning Environment.
Creative Writing
Creative writing is about bringing people together to express ideas and emotions, to develop friendships, and to gain support thereby promoting wellbeing. The sessions are also about giving a voice to those who are currently underrepresented, and challenging mainstream ideology around mental health.
Wednesday Drama for Beginners
Our workshops include foundations in drama, movement, physical theatre, mask-work, games, relaxation, and mindfulness, that all aim to help you feel positive, motivated, and with improved overall resilience.
Thursday Theatre Workshops
This course is designed to offer you a comprehensive introduction to acting and looking at to creative process. Discover techniques through voice, imagination, physicality through practical exercises while improving your mental health and wellbeing.
Take part in various theatre exercises, including improvisation and character development exercises and give you a chance to connect with other new friends as part of a supportive group.
