Through a A Quiet Hour of Meditation,
we will lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, and connect better to ourselves, other people and our world as we improve our focus, become kinder to ourselves and improve our health and wellbeing.

Our workshops include foundations in drama, movement, physical theatre, mask-work, games, relaxation, and mindfulness, that all aim to help you feel positive, motivated, and with improved overall resilience.

Friday Theatre Workshops

This course is designed to offer a comprehensive introduction to acting the creative process. Discover techniques that will develop your voice, imagination and physicality through practical exercises while improving your mental health and wellbeing.

Take part in various theatre exercises, including improvisation, character development and movement. Meet and connect with new friends as part of a supportive group.
