This introduction to the basics of yoga includes mindful movement and relaxation techniques. 
The class is ideal for beginners. Why not strengthen your mind and body, at a more relaxed pace? All welcome.

Creative Writing 

Creative writing is about bringing people together to express ideas and emotions, to develop friendships, and to gain support thereby promoting wellbeing. The sessions are also about giving a voice to those who are currently underrepresented, and challenging mainstream ideology around mental health.

Wednesday Drama for Beginners 

Our workshops include foundations in drama, movement, physical theatre, mask-work, games, relaxation, and mindfulness, that all aim to help you feel positive, motivated, and with improved overall resilience.
