The Tempest

Theatre of the Senses CIC presents a series of extracts from their upcoming production of Shakespeare's magical comedy in Seymour Park Old Trafford, at 2pm on Friday 15th September. Tickets are free from Eventbrite but are not required for entry. As the tempest calms, washed-up survivors stumble about a forsaken island. Each seeking to master their own fate. All at the will of a vengeful duke and his spirits.

In Shakespeare's tale of magic, malice and mercy, Theatre of the Senses invites you to lose yourself on the fantastical island, where nothing is as it seems. Join us for a series of extracts from our upcoming production, performed at Seymour Park. Please feel free to bring a picnic blanket or camping chair!

Theatre of the Senses CIC is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes mental and physical health through creative activity. We offer regular inclusive and accessible workshops for adults, in drama, arts and crafts, yoga, meditation and physical movement; as well as theatre and canal trips for our members. Theatre of the Senses provides volunteering opportunities, work for local freelance practitioners, training in performance and production techniques, and a sense of community. We are also ready to accept commissions and undertake community engagement and outreach projects.
