Food Bank & Covid-19 Response 

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and building on our previous experience of delivering Winter Resilience Programmes, Theatre of the Senses initiated an emergency food relief programme. With the help of our volunteers, and working closely with our community partners and  various funding bodies, we purchased foodstuffs and assembled food parcels to be distributed to vulnerable and isolating or otherwise housebound individuals and families. Around that  time we also set up a food bank, which we continue to operate with the aim of alleviating food poverty in the local area.
