Yogalate Sessions

Commencing 5th March 2026
A mixture of Yoga and Pilates, including chair-based exercises. These sessions are designed to help older adults to remain supple and maintain body strength.
Regular Classes
Classes are free with Theatre of the Senses Membership
This introduction to the basics of yoga includes mindful movement and relaxation techniques.
The class is ideal for beginners. Why not strengthen your mind and body, at a more relaxed pace? All welcome.

A Quiet Hour

Through a A Quiet Hour of Meditation,
we will lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, and connect better to ourselves, other people and our world as we improve our focus, become kinder to ourselves and improve our health and wellbeing.

Thursday Drama Workshops
Our workshops include foundations in drama, movement, physical theatre, mask-work, games, relaxation, and mindfulness, that all aim to help you feel positive, motivated, and with improved overall resilience.

Friday Theatre Workshops
This course is designed to offer a comprehensive introduction the creative process of acting . Discover techniques that will develop your voice, imagination and physicality through practical exercises while improving your mental health and wellbeing.
Take part in various theatre exercises, including improvisation, character development and movement. Meet and connect with new friends as part of a supportive group.
